Description

De kaartbijlagen XI - verdrogingsgevoelige natuurgebieden, XII-1 bestaande natuur, XII-2 agrarisch gebied van ecologische betekenis, XII-3 natuurontwikkelingsgebieden en XII-4 afwegingszone natuurgebieden van de Omgevingsverordening Zeeland wijzigen jaarlijks naar aanleiding van de realisatie van nieuwe natuurgebieden en naar aanleiding van herstelmaatregelen en kwaliteitsverbeteringen in bestaande natuurgebieden. Door de bijlagen jaarlijks te wijzigen blijven deze actueel en kan het beschermingsregime van de omgevingsverordening correct worden toegepast. De natuurbijlagen worden gewijzigd volgens de uniforme openbare voorbereidingsprocedure ex afdeling 3.4 van de AWB, waarbij GS een ontwerp besluit nemen in februari/maart, er gelegenheid is voor het indienen van zienswijzen in maart en april, en waarbij GS in juni een definitief besluit nemen. De besluiten worden gepubliceerd op het Omgevingsloket.
